# Downloading your Wallet Statements on PaidHR as an Admin

Funding your PaidHR wallet is important, as it allows you to be accountable for managing the funds used to process employee salaries. To ensure accountability and transparency in your transactions, the PaidHR wallet statements are a crucial tool.

Having access to comprehensive wallet statements allows you, as the employer, to track and audit the management of payroll funds, which is an important compliance and record-keeping requirement.

Here are the detailed steps on how to view the wallet statements as an admin on the PaidHR platform:

1. Navigate to the **Walle**t section
2. Select the **Statements** option

- This gives you a view of the balance in your wallet
- It shows the total amount funded/credited so far
- It shows the total debited funds processed.

3\. Choose the **date range** you want to view the transaction statements for

- You can select a **custom date** range to check previous transactions

4\. Click on **Download** to access and view the full transaction statements

This step-by-step process allows you as the admin to thoroughly review the financial activity and balance in your PaidHR wallet.
