How To Add Employee Voluntary Pension

In Nigeria, employees are required to contribute at least 8% of their gross salary towards pension, but employees can voluntarily add extra. Whether your employees are Nigerian or not, let's walk you through how to record Employee Voluntary Pension on PaidHR (EVP).

  1. Navigate to People and click the downward arrow to reveal more options.

  2. Click on Employees.

  3. Select the employee you want to enable EVP for.

  4. At the top of the employee profile, click on Job & Pay.

  5. Scroll down to Pension, click the Edit button beside EVC, and enter the Employee Voluntary Contribution (Annual).

  6. Save your changes.

You have now successfully enabled Employee Voluntary Pension for the selected employee.
