If you sent $100, but your employee received $93, the difference is due to intermediary bank fees applied during international transfers.
Understanding These Fees
When making cross-border payments ( international transactions) via SWIFT, the transaction may pass through multiple banks before reaching the recipient.
Each intermediary bank may deduct a small processing fee, reducing the final amount received.
These fees are beyond PaidHR’s control—we always send the full amount, but the final deposit depends on the banks involved in the transfer.
Unfortunately, these charges are unpredictable and can vary with each transaction.
