How to Download the Payroll Consolidated Journal

The Consolidated Report provides a comprehensive summary of total earnings paid to each employee over a selected period—monthly, quarterly, or annually. This report helps you understand payroll costs per employee across all payroll types, including both regular and off-cycle runs, as well as all allowances.

Follow the steps below to view and download your report:

  • Navigate to the Reports section from the main menu.

  • Click on Summary Report.

  • From the available options, select Consolidated Payroll Journal.

  • Choose your desired date range (monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.).

  • Select whether to include all employees or specific employees.

  • Choose how you want the report to be grouped—by employee or by department (to view data department-wise).

  • Click Run Report to generate and view the report.

  • To download it as a CSV file, click the Download button at the top-right corner of the page. The report will be saved to your device.
