This article describes how you can record an employee's exit on Pade.

Handling employee departures is an essential part of HR management, and PaidHR makes this process straightforward.

Whether an employee is leaving voluntarily or is being terminated, recording and approving exits can be done with ease on PaidHR.

Recording Exits

Here's how to record an employee's exit on PaidHR.

  • Select Requests from the sidebar menu and click on Exit.​

  • Click on Record Exit for an Employee.

  • You will be shown a form, Enter the following details:

    • Indicate if the exit has occurred or not

    • Provide the employee's name

    • Provide the exit date

    • Provide the exit policy

    • Provide any supporting document to back the exit

  • When you fill out the form, click Submit to record an exit for the employee.

Approving Exits

You can approve exits that are either initiated by you, the admin or by the employee.

Here’s how to do it:

  • Select Requests from the sidebar menu and click on Exit.​ - You will see a list of all pending exit approvals here.

  • Locate the exit request you want to approve and click on the three-dots (...) next to it.

  • Select View from the list of options

  • Confirm the details of the exit and If everything is correct, click on Approve to finalize the exit, or Decline if it should not be approved.

  • Once approved, the employee will be officially exited from your organization.
