Exit surveys offer a lot of insights into the employee experience in your organization. It helps you understand why your employees choose to leave.
You can create exit surveys for an employee who is about to exit the company by taking the following steps:
Select Requests from the side bar navigation on the left side of your screen.
Click View under Exits. Then select the Surveys tab.
Scroll down and click on Create new survey.
Give your survey a title. Then click Next.
Then add as many questions as you'd like in your survey.
Click Finish when you are done.
