This article will help you set the start date for your performance cycle and choose your preferred performance management methodology.
Here's how to create a new performance period on PaidHR
Navigate to Productivity and select Performance.
Click on Add new Period
Enter the Period Name and the Start date
Choose your desired performance management methodology
Using the Balance Scorecard methodology, it is important to ensure that the total weight equals 100%.
Using the Objective Key Results method, choose a name and select the start date of the performance period.
Click Finish to save
