Creating a performance group is essential for an organization that wants to achieve goal(s) with selected employees who may not have the same reporting lines. This means that people from different roles, and managers will come together to achieve a common objective(s).
Here's how to create a new performance group on PaidHR:
Select Performance from the sidebar menu
Click on Groups from the drop-down menu
Click on Create Group and provide the following information.
Name: The name of the group.
Group Members: Add all the employees who would be in this group
Click Confirm after you enter the necessary details and a new Performance Group will be created for your organization.
