How do I upload documents on PaidHR?

You can upload documents that employees can acknowledge or sign, like an Employee Handbook, IP agreement, or NDA. The maximum file size is 2MB and your document format has to be supported in order for this process to be successful.

To upload your documents on PaidHR, follow these steps

  • Select Documents from the side bar menu on the left side of the screen.

  • Click on Create new document.

  • Under Employee document, click on Create.

  • You will find an option to drag and drop the file you want to upload.

  • Next, you will be asked to provide the document info. Enter the file's name and indicate if it will be signed online or not.

  • Finally, you will be required to set document access. Show who will need to see the file.

  • Once you do these, click on Finish and your document will be uploaded.
