Customise your approval process on PaidHR by following these simple steps to tailor the workflow to meet your specific business needs.
1. On the Menu, scroll down to “Settings.”
2. Click on the downward arrow beside Settings to reveal the options.
3. Click on Approval workflow and select the arrow to reveal the options.
4. Click on Edit beside the feature you want to set the approval workflow for.
5. You will see a pop-up, click on the downward arrow to see a dropdown of the roles in your organization.
6. Add the roles you would like to be included in the approval workflow in the order that meets your business needs. To set up roles and Permissions, click here.
7. Click “Save” to finish.
