The performance review feature on PaidHR is built to enable you to manage the reviews of your employees. This gives you room to decide who gets to review who(participants), the titles of the review, and the start date for when the review will be in use.
Setting up a review template is a continuation of your KPIs(Key Performance Indicators) which can be used for your appraisals. You can create different templates to guide the type of reviews you want to set up.
Here is a guide on how to create your Review Templates
From the menu select Performance and select Reviews
The first step is Review Listings.
This is where you set up a new review as well as see other existing reviews
The second step is to Set Core Values.
These are values that the organization believes and are at the core of its functionality.
These core values are not compulsory but if the company uses core values to set up review questions, then they can add the core values
The next step is creating Review Templates.
This allows you to create the type of questions you want to see in your Review Templates.
Your response type for the review templates could be from any of the three options;
Rating Scale
The rating scale is the number of stars that the raters will be giving their reviewsText box
The text boxText Box and Rating Scale and then you click on save.
