A performance range can be termed a grading system that helps to identify and categorize the overall performance of an employee.

To create a performance rating band:

Navigate to Performance

Click on Reviews from the drop-down menu

Select the sub-feature Performance Range

Click on Add rating band to begin

Fill out the form with the following details:

Name: This is the name of the performance range e.g Average

Description: A short description of this performance range for other admins to see

Min Score: Input the minimum score of the range

Max Score: Input the maximum score of the range

Click Finish to save.

The rating band is customizable because it can be edited or deleted. By default, only the admins can create/edit a performance range.
