The performance review feature on Pade is built to enable you to manage the reviews of your employees. This gives you room to decide who gets to review who(participants), the titles of the review, and the start date for when the review will be in use.
Setting up a review template is a continuation of your KPIs(Key Performance Indicators) which can be used for your appraisals.

A performance review templates consist of questions you want to generate responses from your selected number of employees in your organization.
The questions set up are the type of questions your employees will see when they are being reviewed. You can create different templates to guide the type of review questions you want to set up.

Here is how to create your review templates on Pade.
On the menu, go to Performance and the sub-feature Reviews and select Review Templates

The next step is to create the questions on the template. You can customize your templates to include the questions you want to generate responses on.
The template title and description should guide the build-up questions for the templates being set up.


Using the example below as a case study; The Template Title is Half of the Year and the Description for the template used is Performance Review for the First Half of the Year
