Here's what you can expect during your onboarding:
First, you will receive an email to confirm your email address. Once you have done that, keep an eye out for a message or call from our customer onboarding specialist - they are here to help!
Next, you will get instructions to create your PaidHR password.
After logging in, you will find an Onboarding Timeline that provides a step-by-step guide to setting up your account. Don't worry, we have made it straightforward and user-friendly.
Our team will review your account once you have completed the setup to ensure everything's in order. We are committed to supporting you every step of the way.
