How To Generate Reports

Generating comprehensive reports is essential for tracking and analyzing various aspects of your company's payroll and employee data. Follow the steps below to access and generate different types of reports within the system.

  • Navigate to the Menu on the left side of the screen and select Reports.

  • Click on the downward arrow next to Reports to reveal additional options.

  • Choose Summary Reports from the list of options.

  • Select the specific type of report you'd like to generate.

  • Payroll Journal: View your employees’ past earnings, deductions, taxes, and payables. Access detailed records of payroll transactions to track financial data accurately.

  • Payroll Summary: Download and analyze your employees’ earnings, deductions, and taxes.

  • Payroll Variance: Compare your employees’ earnings, deductions, taxes, and payables with previous values.

  • Year to Date: View your employees’ year-to-date earnings, deductions, taxes, and payables.

  • Employee Report Builder: Build custom reports using your employees' personal and compensation information.

  • Statutory Benefits: See company contributions and employee deductions for the statutory benefits you provide.

  • Custom Benefits: See company contributions and employee deductions for the custom benefits you offer.

  • Payroll Changes: View active payroll changes scheduled for upcoming payrolls.

  • Payroll Exemptions: View employees who may be excluded from upcoming payrolls.

  • Pay Grades: See a breakdown of paygrades with related allowances and statutory benefits.

  • Employee Requests: View your employees’ pending, approved, and declined requests.

  • Leave Balances: View your employees’ leave accruals and balances for each policy.

  • Custom Fields: See the custom information you have collected about your employees.

  • Employee Summary: All the details about your employees’ compensation and taxes, in one simple report.

  • Statutory Payments: See all tax and employee statutory payments that PaidHR has made on your behalf.

  • Bank Transactions: View every bank transaction initiated by PaidHR on behalf of your company.
