Core values are the principles or ethical behaviours that are part of an organization's structure toward its growth goals and achievements.

This then helps to measure the behavioural aspect of employees in their performance metrics.

Setting up core values on PaidHR is entirely optional and can be skipped if it's not a priority or a necessary metric for measuring performance.

To get started, follow the steps below:

  • Navigate to Performance from the Sidebar menu.

  • Click on Reviews from the drop-down menu.

  • From the list of options, select Set Core Values
    ​

  • Click on + Add Core Value to set up your performance core values


    ​

  • Input your core value Title and Description

  • Click on Add Core Value to Save

  • Once your core values are set up, go to the Review Questions section to link them with your core values for appraisals.
