How Do I Update An Employee's Salary?

Whether you are celebrating a promotion or adjusting an employee's earnings, PaidHR makes it easy to update compensation details. Here's how to update an employee's compensation to an existing grade:

  • Navigate to the People module.

  • Click on Employees.

  • Find the employee using the Search bar.

  • Click on the three-dotted lines next to their name and select View.

  • On the Job and Pay tab, navigate to Compensation and click on Edit.

Make your desired changes.

Switching between Paygrade and Payband?

  • Simply click on either Select Paygrade or Select Payband (whichever appears on your screen).

  • Click Save to confirm your changes.
