Whether you are celebrating a promotion or adjusting an employee's earnings, PaidHR makes it easy to update compensation details. Here's how to update an employee's compensation to an existing grade:
Navigate to the People module.
Click on Employees.
Find the employee using the Search bar.
Click on the three-dotted lines next to their name and select View.
On the Job and Pay tab, navigate to Compensation and click on Edit.
Make your desired changes.
Switching between Paygrade and Payband?
Simply click on either Select Paygrade or Select Payband (whichever appears on your screen).
Click Save to confirm your changes.
