How to Disable an Employee from Using Your Earned Wage Access (EWA)

Ensuring that only eligible employees can access their earned wages is essential. Whether it’s due to a change in their employment status or other considerations, follow these simple steps to disable an employee's access to Earned Wage Access (EWA)

  • Click on Earned Wage Access from the menu.

  • Select Employees from the list of options.

  • Locate the employee you wish to disable and click on the three-dot icon next to their name.

  • Click on Disable and then Save to confirm your changes.
