Violation types are the foundation of the disciplinary system in PaidHR. They define the policies that trigger penalties for disciplinary actions. Here's a step-by-step guide to setting them up:
Log in to your PaidHR admin account.
Navigate to the Disciplinary section in the main menu.
Select "Violation Types" from the submenu.
Click on "Create" to add a new violation type.
Fill in the required fields:
Violation Name: A clear, concise title for the violation
Click on submit to save the new violation type.
Repeat this process for all the violation types relevant to your organization.
You can also edit or delete the violation types by clicking on the three-dotted lines.
