The PaidHR Employee Wallet offers a convenient way to access your salary, transfer money to colleagues, and conduct transactions with other banks—all without hassle or worry.

A fee of ₦100 is charged for all deposits into employee wallets. This means a fixed charge of 100 Naira will be applied when you add funds to your employee wallet.
Withdrawal fees are tiered as follows:
₦5,000 or less: ₦20 fee
Above ₦5,000 up to ₦50,000: ₦50 fee
Above ₦50,000: ₦100 fee
Getting Started:
As a PaidHR user, you automatically have a Wallet ID. This ID is your unique identifier for receiving funds from friends and colleagues using PaidHR.
To set up your employee wallet:
Log in to PaidHR
Click on Employee Wallet
Select Withdrawals from the list of options
Wallet Tiers:
PaidHR offers three wallet tiers, each with different features and requirements:
Tier One (Default):
Available to all PaidHR users
Allows only Paid2Paid (P2P) transactions
Has transaction limits
Tier Two:
Enables transactions beyond P2P, including transfers to other banks
Requirements for upgrade:
Full name
BVN (Bank Verification Number)
Features:
Two virtual account numbers (Sterling and Wema Bank)
Daily withdrawal limit of ₦1,000,000
Deposit fee of 1.5% (capped at ₦1,000)
Cross Border payments-USD, GBP ( Coming soon)
Tier Three:
Increased daily withdrawal limit
Access to more transaction types
Requirements for upgrade:
Utility bills
Proof of residence
Government-issued ID (Driver's license, NIN, Voter's card, or International passport)
Features:
Two virtual account numbers (Sterling and Wema Bank)
Daily withdrawal limit of ₦1,000,000
Deposit fee of 1.5% (capped at ₦1,000)
Cross Border payments-USD, GBP ( Coming soon)
No cap on credit and debit transactions.
To upgrade your wallet tier, provide the required information through the PaidHR platform. Once approved, you'll gain access to the additional features of the higher tier.
