As an employee, keeping track of your available leave is important. PaidHR makes it easy to check your current leave balance.

Follow these steps to achieve this:

  1. Log in to your PaidHR account

  • Use your company-provided credentials to access the system

2. Navigate to Requests

  • This allows you to see all requests

  • Select Leave Balances

3. View Your Leave Balance

  • You’ll see a detailed view that shows a breakdown of your leave balance by existing policies.

4. The system typically shows:

  • Total leave allocated

  • Current balance
