Here are the detailed steps for recording employee absences in the PaidHR system:
Navigate to Time tracking
Select Absence
Click on Create New Absence Batch
Describe the New absence batch
Select the date range for the new absence batch
Click on the three-dotted lines next to the newly created batch to view it
Choose how to upload absence data:
a. Bulk upload using the provided template (b.) Use your spreadsheet (max 2MB file size). This process allows for efficient bulk recording of employee absences, which is crucial for accurate time tracking and payroll management. The option to use either a provided template or your spreadsheet offers flexibility to suit different company needs.If using your spreadsheet, select the header rows
