Q: How do employees apply?
Employees apply directly in the PaidHR app from the Request module.
Q: How does it get approved?
When a request is submitted, it first comes to you for approval, then it is transferred to the loan provider for final approval and disbursement.
Q: Do employers carry any risk?
No. Loans are agreements between the employee and the loan provider.
