How do I download leave balance report for all employees on PaidHR?
This article describes how you can download your organization's leave balance report.
A Leave report shows you the number of Leave used and available by for each employee during a given period. I you manage employee Leaves, here's how to create and download a Leave balance report for your organization.

Select Reports from the side bar navigation on the left side of your screen.

Choose Employee Reports from the list of options.

Select Leave Balances and Click View.

On the screen, indicate what optional fields you want to display. The fields include Employee Number, Paygrade, and Leave Liability Total.

Next, choose if you want all your employees to be included in the report or just selected employees.

Click Run Report.

Your report will show up on the screen. You will find options to download it in either PDF or CSV formats. You can choose your desired format to download.
