How do I download leave balance report for all employees on PaidHR?

This article describes how you can download your organization's leave balance report.

A Leave report shows you the number of Leave used and available by for each employee during a given period. I you manage employee Leaves, here's how to create and download a Leave balance report for your organization.

  • Select Reports from the side bar navigation on the left side of your screen.

  • Choose Employee Reports from the list of options.

  • Select Leave Balances and Click View.

  • On the screen, indicate what optional fields you want to display. The fields include Employee Number, Paygrade, and Leave Liability Total.

  • Next, choose if you want all your employees to be included in the report or just selected employees.

  • Click Run Report.

  • Your report will show up on the screen. You will find options to download it in either PDF or CSV formats. You can choose your desired format to download.
