How do I send an offer letter to a new hire on PaidHR?
You’ve found the perfect candidate for the job, now it’s time to make it official by sending an offer letter. This guide will show you where to send an Offer Letter on PaidHR and how to complete the final details before sharing it with your new hire.
Before You Begin;
Ensure you have created an Offer Letter Template.
If you haven’t, please refer to the section below on how to create one.
As an admin, you can send an offer letter by following these steps:
- From the left sidebar menu, select People.
- Click on Offers.
- Select Send Offer Letter.

- Fill in the required details such as:
- Employee name
- Department
- Compensation
- Other relevant information
5. Click Next
6. Preview the offer letter
7. Include any additional onboarding documents (if applicable)
8. Add company assets to be issued to the new hire (if any)
9. Review the details and click Finish to send the offer letter
How to Create an Offer Letter TemplateTo create an offer letter template on PaidHR:
- From the left sidebar menu, select Documents
- Click Create New Document

- Select Offer Template and click Create
- Enter a template name
- Choose whether:
- You already have a template, or
- You want the system to generate one for you
- Click Next
- Copy and paste your offer letter content into the document editor
- Add the required signature fields
- Click Finish to save your offer letter template
