How to Download Employee Reports
Use the Employee Report Builder to generate and download reports that help you find specific data about your employees. Follow the steps below:

Navigate to the Menu on the left side of the screen and select Reports.

Click on the downward arrow next to Reports to reveal additional options.

Choose Summary Reports from the list of options.

Click Employee Report Builder
Step 1: Choose Your Data Fields

Click the Report Builder Checklist.

A list of available employee data fields appears (e.g., Name, Department, Hire Date)

Check the boxes next to the fields you want to include in your report and click on save.
Step 2: (Optional) Exclude Employee Types

This option filters out certain employee categories (e.g., contractors, interns).

Select any employee types you do not want to appear in the final report.
Step 3: (Optional) Limit to Specific Employees: choose between;

All Employees: Includes everyone matching your selected fields.

Select Employees: Manually pick individual employees by name.
Step 4: Generate and download

Click Generate Preview to preview your report in the browser.

Review the report to ensure it includes the data you need.
-
Click Run Report to download the file.
