How to Download the Payroll Consolidated Journal
The Consolidated Report provides a comprehensive summary of total earnings paid to each employee over a selected period—monthly, quarterly, or annually. This report helps you understand payroll costs per employee across all payroll types, including both regular and off-cycle runs, as well as all allowances.
Follow the steps below to view and download your report:

Navigate to the Reports section from the main menu.

Click on Summary Report.

From the available options, select Consolidated Payroll Journal.

Choose your desired date range (monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.).

Select whether to include all employees or specific employees.

Choose how you want the report to be grouped—by employee or by department (to view data department-wise).

Click Run Report to generate and view the report.

To download it as a CSV file, click the Download button at the top-right corner of the page. The report will be saved to your device.
