How To Set Up Your PaidHR Wallet

Setup your PaidHR Wallet for easy transfers of employee earnings to their bank accounts.

To get started:

  1. Navigate To Wallet and click on Overview from the dropdown menu.

  2. Click on Update to get started on setting your wallet up.

  3. Complete the KYC form by providing the following details:

    Bank Information:

    • Phone number

    • Country

    • Company's Bank name

    • Company's Account number

    • Currency

    • Full name of a director of the company

    • BVN of the same director

    Business Information:

    • Registered business name

    • Business address

    • Industry

    • Website address

    • Business email address

    • RC number

    • Business description

  4. Click Next to consent to the terms and conditions of using a PaidHR Wallet.

  5. Click Submit for Verification

 

Once your application is approved, you'll have your unique virtual account and can start paying your employees using the PaidHR Wallet.
