How to Update Failed Transactions on the Payment Schedule
1. On the “Menu,” scroll down to “Compensation.”
2. Click on “Pay Schedules” and select the arrow to reveal the options.
3. Choose “Regular” or “Custom,” depending on the schedule that houses the failed transaction.
4. Look for the transaction(s) marked as failed and select the three dots in front of each transaction.
5. Click "Retry" for each failed transaction and “Confirm.
To batch update failed transactions:
1. Select all failed transactions using the check boxes next to each of them
2. Click on the arrow in front of “Batch payout actions”.
3. Select “Retry” from the dropdown and “Confirm”.
