# Performance Module Navigation
The **Overview** dashboard provides a high-level summary of your organization's performance activities for each review cycle. It enables administrators to monitor performance progress, track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and gain valuable insights into the organization's overall performance.
**How to Access the Overview Dashboard**
1. Log in to your **Admin** account.
2. Scroll down and click **Performance**.
3. Select **Overview** from the dropdown menu.
The **Overview** page contains the following sections:
- **Total Objectives -** The card displays the total number of objectives that have been created for the selected review cycle.
- **On-Track OKRs -** The card shows the number of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that are currently progressing as planned and are on track to be achieved.
- **Pending Approval -** Click Approve OKRs or Peer Nominations within this section to review and approve pending requests. The section displays the total number of:
- OKRs awaiting approval
- Peer nominations awaiting approval
- **Objective Overview -** This gives you a quick snapshot of objective progress across the organization. The section provides a breakdown of all objectives by their current status, including:
- Total Objectives
- Pending
- Achieved
- Not Started
- On Track
- At Risk
- **Performance Criteria -** The section displays the competencies, skills, behaviours, and core values employees will be evaluated against during performance reviews. To add a new performance criterion:
- Click **Add Criteria**.
- Enter the required information.
- Click **Save**.
- **Department Performance -** The section provides an overview of how each department is performing. From this section, you can:
- View the performance status of each department.
- Compare department performance across the organization.
- Click **See All Departments** to view the complete list of departments and their performance details.
- **Top Performers -** The section highlights employees with the highest performance scores for the selected review cycle. Here, you can view:
- Employee performance metrics
- Performance status
- Top-performing employees
Click **See All Performers** to view the complete list of employee performance rankings.
