Viewing and Managing Employee Details on PaidHR
You can view and manage detailed employee information from the People module in your PaidHR dashboard. Follow the steps below:

Navigate to People from the main menu.

Click on Employees to see the full list of employees.

Use the search bar to find a specific employee by name.

Click on the employee’s name to open their profile.
Once you open an employee's profile, several tabs will appear. Here’s a breakdown of what each section includes:
Job & Pay

This tab displays key employment information such as compensation breakdown, job details, start date, and bank account information.

If you have the appropriate permissions, you can edit this information by clicking the Edit button beside each section.
Personal

Navigate to the Personal tab at the top of the employee profile.

This section contains biodata and other personal details.

You can edit any field you have permission to access.
Requests

View all requests submitted by or associated with the employee (e.g., leave requests, loan requests).

You can also initiate new requests on behalf of the employee directly from this tab.
Documents

View all documents assigned to the employee, including contracts, ID uploads, and more.
Benefits
-
Shows both statutory and company-specific benefits assigned to the employee.

Includes pension information and any custom benefits.
Assets
-
View assets (e.g., laptops, phones) assigned to the employee.
Tasks
-
See a list of tasks assigned to the employee and track their completion status.
Disciplinary

Displays any disciplinary records or actions associated with the employee.
Notes
-
Add or view internal notes about the employee.

Notes are only visible to admins and are not shared with the employee.
Logs
-
Shows a detailed audit trail of all updates and changes made to the employee’s profile.
