Setting up statutory benefits is essential for ensuring that employees receive mandated government benefits. This article will guide you on how to add statutory benefits such as Pension, NHIS, NHF, etc to employees' compensation on PaidHR.
Here's how to set up statutory benefits on PaidHR:
Navigate to the Menu located on the left side of the screen and scroll down to locate Compensation.
Click on the downward arrow next to "Payroll" to unveil additional options.
From the list of options, select Configuration.
At the top of your screen, locate and click on Statutory Benefits.
Click Create Statutory Benefit
Choose a name for the Statutory Benefit
Save and finish
All statutory benefits created will be visible when you are Creating Paygrades.
